About Representative Gallop Franklin:

Representative Franklin serves Florida House District 8, which covers all of Gadsden County and central Leon County, including most of Tallahassee (excluding downtown and northeastern portions). Born and raised in Tallahassee, Dr. Gallop Franklin is a Clinical Pharmacist at TMH and Assistant Professor at Florida A&M University. He brings extensive experience in economic development, healthcare, and education policy. Notably, he founded Gallop Inc., a consulting firm that recently created a boutique Real Estate investment firm focused on providing affordable housing throughout Northern Florida. He also serves on the City of Tallahassee Minority, Women & Small Business Enterprise Citizen Advisory Committee and the Tallahassee Human Relations Council.
